Your scholastic job track is about to enter the home stretch. Do you find yourself trying to decide in which direction you would like to take your professional life? As one of the best-liked employers in Germany, BFFT makes it possible for professionally experienced persons to not only apply their skills and qualifications but to develop them. So also do young persons and students discover offers from Gaimersheim and Ingolstadt for advanced training as electronic and automotive specialists.

Alongside our exciting vocational training, we offer modern workplaces, monthly events for employees as well as a flat hierarchy and a special working atmosphere. We invest a lot and include all apprentices in responsible assignments early on with the clear goal of also employing them after their apprenticeship ends, assuming the necessary aptitude and interest. They can then enjoy a rich variety of challenges that won’t allow their workday ever to become routine.

Systems integration specialist is one of the career options for BFFT trainees. At BFFT, trainees assume responsibility for tasks such as the administration, configuration and maintenance of existing IT systems. They are also responsible for advising and assisting users who have difficulties with IT systems, for user training and for creating documentation. Trainee tasks also include the conceptualisation and realisation of complex IT systems and error analysis, and troubleshooting by means of expert and diagnostic systems. The period of traineeship is 3 years.
