BFFT internationalises its employees

Globalization, digitization, electrification – three buzzwords that have become indispensable in the modern world. Many companies do not want to admit this, but BFFT, the innovative electronics developer, consciously focuses on the trends of the future. In order to specifically train its employees to meet these requirements, BFFT cooperates with the online language learning website Rosetta Stone and provides its employees with ten learning licenses for one year. These are initially distributed as a three-month language course among ten selected employees and adjusted to the requirements of each participant in coordination with the respective supervisor.

Currently, interested BFFT employees can choose from 24 languages ​​at Rosetta Stone, interim and final exams monitor the learning progress, and native-speaking tutors are available in group trainings. In addition, Rosetta Stone provides its students with a specially designed app to retrieve the learning content on the go.

After the first period of study, employees can extend their licenses for another three months if necessary or, if completed successful, pass them on to the next BFFT colleague with the desire for better foreign language skills – so that the next appointment abroad will be a complete success.
