It’s nice, if you are in FOCUS: BFFT once again one of the most popular employers

This year, FOCUS news magazine once again conducted a survey to find out who are the best employers in Germany. Yesterday, on the 31st of January, the award ceremony was held in Berlin and the ranking is now clearly decided: BFFT, the automotive technology & electronics specialist from Ingolstadt / Gaimersheim, ranked among the top companies yet again in 2017, securing a Top 15 placement in the Automotive Industry / SME category.

Markus Fichtner, CEO and founder of BFFT, commented as follows about the company’s successful result: “We are delighted to have achieved another top place in the FOCUS ranking. This was the result of many positive comments from our own colleagues. It is always very important to me that our employees feel happy. This rating shows that we are still on the right track by continuing to maintain our values.”

The top ranking is no accident: BFFT always attaches great importance to the fact that its employees enjoy a pleasant working environment. In addition to the involvement with exciting automotive technology for the future such as digitisation, driver assistance systems and electrification, BFFT also offers its workforce special promotions throughout the year, which has helped it to become one of Germany’s “favourite employers”. The BFFT employee programme features unusual corporate events (such as the BFFT Christmas celebrations, the Summer Festival and skiing trips), various fan activities (including the BFFT Fansofa at FC Ingolstadt, excursions with the BFFT Fanmobile and regular visits to the cinema) and other fringe benefits (e.g. a company pension, a wide range of education and training offers and a work-life balance scheme).

About the study performed by FOCUS, Xing, kununu and Statista:

In one of the largest studies in Germany, FOCUS – in cooperation with XING, the employer review portal kununu and the Hamburg-based market research institute Statista – determined Germany’s best employers from a total of 22 different industries. The results of the survey were based on responses from over 70,000 employees from all hierarchical levels and ages at the companies concerned, particularly with regard to employee satisfaction and the willingness to recommend their own company.

If you would also like to be a part of the team at one of Germany’s “favourite employers”, why not take a look at the BFFT career page and see what we can offer you?
