Apprenticeship at BFFT: Training for Office Management (m/w)

Is your scholastic career presently going into the home stretch and are you trying to decide in which direction you would like your professional life to go? As one of the most popular employers in Germany, BFFT makes it possible not just for professionally experienced persons to use their specific qualifications on their jobs here but to develop them further. That is why young persons and students also find a comprehensive training and continuing education program in electronics and automotive technology at our Gaimersheim/Ingolstadt location. In addition to an exciting apprenticeship, we offer modern workplaces, monthly events for employees as well as flat hierarchies and a special work atmosphere. We invest a lot and integrate all our apprentices into responsible assignments with the clear goal of taking you in after completion of your training assuming you are well-suited and interested. In the process, you will enjoy a variety of challenges so that your daily work will not turn simply into one of routine assignments.

Businesspersons for Office Management (m/f) is one of five possible training paths at BFFT. It involves wide-ranging assignments into different administrative departments at BFFT. Here the emphasis of the training is on information technology and human resource management. But you will also get to know such departments as Purchasing, Controlling and Marketing Communications while you occupy yourself with completing applicable correspondence, internal and external communications, as well as order processing. In addition, you will learn how we plan operating cycles, organize and execute.
