BFFT at the opening ceremony of the Audi site in Neuburg
Gauging the physical limits of driving with the Audi R8 over the course of a 3.4km long handling circuit or with the Audi A6 all-road quattro on the off-road circuit – since May already, Audi has enabled thrilling driving experiences, with the support of BFFT, at the new Audi site in Neuburg on the Donau. On 47 hectares of terrain, the newest models can be tested, during such events, as well as experienced, only a stone’s throw away.
On August 30, the official opening ceremony for the Audi site took place, where the motor sport competence centre (Audi Sport) resides, next to the modern guest centre for the Audi driving experience. There, all prospective motoring sport activities will be bundled together under one roof, new racing sport cars developed and finished, as well as international races organised.
On Saturday August 30, the CEO of AUDI AG, Prof. Rupert Stadler, along with the Bavarian Prime Minister, Horst Seehofer, opened up the new Audi site to the mayor of Neuburg, Bernhard Gmehling, Peter Mosch (overall chairman of AUDI AG’s work council) and Dr. -Ing. Ulrich Hackenberg (member of the board of AUDI AG’s technical development). In line with the cooperation between Audi and BFFT, the BFFT’s managing director, Markus Fichtner, is took part in the opening ceremony and visited the new site in Neuburg.
