BFFT lectures make the case for Social Media Recruitment
What makes for an attractive employer? What are the essential steps to take in HR marketing? What channels can be used to recruit successfully? These are the questions which companies increasingly need to deal with in times of skills shortages and demographic change. Medium-sized firms in particular are still only in their infancy when it comes to meeting the demands of “Social Media Recruitment” and building an attractive employer brand.
The Gaimersheim vehicle technology developer has been trying for some time to capture young talent digitally and to stand out from its competitors in the automotive industry. In doing so, the recruitment strategy it has developed has been consistently well-received. They regularly showcase this approach by giving Social Media Recruitment lectures to other companies and interested parties.
In a practical workshop in April this year, in Haar near Munich, on the topic “Employer marketing to build an employer brand and Social Media Recruitment,” the BFFT recruitment team lectured on “Image building through successful social media communications.” The Gaimersheim company is selling its message internationally. At the 5th Recruitment Convention in Zurich, everything revolved around recruitment and personnel marketing. Represented alongside the 140 participants from all over Switzerland and Germany, were the management of BFFT. In various presentations the attendees learned in detail about “Active development of recruitment & HR marketing” – and were given an insight into the culture of the company.
