Award for BFFT trainees
Exciting, challenging, and varied – training at BFFT has a lot to offer, and it’s been going on since 2006. The electronics specialist from Gaimersheim values qualified, in-house training and promotes its trainees with responsible tasks. The ultimate goal is to win over trainees in aptitude and interest once their training is complete. Thanks to its high-quality training system, BFFT has been a certified training company with the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) of Munich and Upper Bavaria since 2014.
Several heartening examples show that BFFT pays off for its trainees. Eva and Chiara, trained administrative assistants for office management at BFFT, received Upper Bavaria’s state prize for outstanding achievements during their vocational training. Even though their apprenticeships were shortened from three to two years, Eva and Chiara completed their training with excellent marks. “It’s nice to see that we are on the right track with our vocational training at BFFT. I’m all the happier that Eva and Chiara will stick around with all their know-how. I’m sure that they’ll bring us a lot of happiness,” says Wolfgang Fries, Head of Human Resources at BFFT. These award-winning graduates will stay with the vehicle technology developer. Since graduating, Eva has been working at the Controlling Department. “Training at BFFT includes varied tasks, so there’s something new for me every day. Now I’m looking forward to this new challenge, and I see it as a chance to improve myself,” the motivated graduate explains. After training, Chiara will have her first professional experience at the BFFT Business Travel Department, where she gained deeper insights during her training. “Through my training, I had the opportunity to learn various things from different departments. These experiences will help me when starting this new task because I can directly apply what I’ve learned,” says the former apprentice.
With such extraordinary achievements, it goes without saying that CFO Michael Mittag, Head of Human Resources Wolfgang Fries, and Training Manager Birgit Gugel personally congratulate the former trainees for their outstanding achievements.
