Information seminar: Balanced and healthy diet
The basis for longterm health, mobility and mental fitness is a balanced and healthy diet. Wether it be in the working daily routine or sports – a proper nutrition increases the material well-being. But what does a balanced and healthy nutrition really contain and how can one practice it in one´s everyday life? All this questions were answered by two BFFT subject specialists on April 18th in the in-house BFFT cafeteria.
Initially Silvio Dunkelberg (Personal Coach) lectured about the fundamentals of nutrition on a daily basis. Furthermore Gerhard Budy (promoter of the Ingolstadt Triathlon) gave a talk about the right sustenance in endurance sport.
