New Developments in Training at BFFT
Saturday, 15.07.2017, was International World Day for Skills Acquisition for the youth. The acquisition and development of skills for young people is the focus, especially in developing countries. The goal is to create better socio-economic conditions for the youth. BFFT offers various training positions every year, in exemplary areas such as office management, specialist logistics/warehousing operations, specialist informatics positions, as well as automotive mechatronics engineering. Thirteen trainees are currently employed by the vehicle technology developer.
Since 2006, BFFT has been offering training positions, and this is certainly worthwhile for the trainees: BFFT was voted as “Great Place to Work” in 2017. A modern working environment, monthly events for employees, flat hierarchies, as well as extensive and ongoing education programs, ensures that training at BFFT is as laid-back as it is varied.
BFFT attaches great importance to qualified, in-house training. The training is certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) in Munich and Upper Bavaria: BFFT has been certified by the IHK since 2014.
Recently Birgit Gugel, a training officer at BFFT, completed her certification as an instructor and is now a certified training coach.
The following training positions are available at BFFT from 01.09.2018:
• 2 office management positions
• 1 informatics specialist for system integration
• 1 informatics specialist for application development
