Employer Assessments on the Internet – BFFT is Most Popular Company in Automobile Industry
The Ingolstadt automotive engineering developer BFFT has been rated the most popular company in the automobile industry on Kununu, the largest employer assessment platform in the German-speaking world.
At the beginning of 2014, the automotive engineering developer BFFT was featured as the best employer in Germany in the category of the automobile industry/small- to mid-sized companies in the business magazine FOCUS. In the ranking, the platform kununu.com slipped in among other employer assessments. As the renowned industry and business journal Automobilwoche had recently reported in a Career Special*, BFFT is not only the most popular company in the range of small- to mid-sized companies for Kununu users, but in the entire automobile industry. In the next few spots, industry heavyweights like Volkswagen, Porsche and Audi followed.
Kununu is the leader in the market of online employer assessment portals in the German-speaking world. On Kununu, employees can freely and anonymously rate their employers according to various criteria. Their scores and comments regarding the behavior of their superiors, cohesion with coworkers, image or work-life balance often help applicants and prospective employees make their job choices.
As the Automobilwoche reports, on kununu.com, in the automobile/automotive supplier section, there are 7,749 ratings for 960 companies, which have over 6.9 million views. The automotive engineering developer BFFT has reached an average rating of 4.27 points (for reference, the highest rating = “very good” is 5 points). This means that BFFT has the best average rating of all the companies that have been rated in the automobile industry. “The superiors expect high performances, but behave with friendly dispositions, provide an open ear and support us whenever they can,” writes one user who works at BFFT. Another even gives the maximum possible amount of points for this “greatly innovative, young-at-heart (in spite of its size!) company.”
Markus Fichtner, CEO at BFFT, is thankful for feedback from portals like Kununu: “A commitment to our employees is very important to us. Direct employee feedback on Kununu helps us to steadily improve working conditions and deals for our employees. Only this way can we achieve our aspiration of counting ourselves among the most attractive engineering employers.”
