Triple success in its Anniversary Year: BFFT distinguishes as a “Top Employer” for the third time
The Ingolstadt-based automotive engineering developer BFFT tonight has been named “Top Automotive Employer 2016” for the third time in succession.
This evening the Top Employers Institute (TEI) celebrates an anniversary in the festively decorated Rheinterrassen in Düsseldorf: It has been certifying companies with outstanding employee conditions, all over the world for the last 25 years. It is a special year for BFFT, too: The medium-sized automotive engineering developer from Ingolstadt receives the seal of “Top Automotive Employer 2016” and has distinguished itself for its employee orientation for the third time in a row.
All the award-winning companies have to go through the same investigation process. The TEI assesses the employee offerings in categories such as onboarding, training and development, benefits or corporate culture. Only those companies that meet the stringent requirements in all the areas receive the “Top Employer” certification – and only very few achieve this: Besides BFFT only 19 other companies have received the “Top Automotive Employer” award in Germany this year.
BFFT scores particularly because of its unique corporate culture which is based fundamentally on employee orientation and emotionalisation. TEI’s Steffen Neffe confirms that “BFFT has maintained an outstanding employee environment and has a wide range of creative initiatives.” The modern headquarters with its intelligent shading and fitness studio is only the beginning. In addition, the company’s own BFFT Fanmobil drives employees regularly to sports and lifestyle events in the region. Other major events such as a Christmas party in a water park are also organised during the year. BFFT also offers employees unique experiences at sporting events from premium seats on the BFFT Fansofa that stands in the stadiums where the national leagues of the FC Ingolstadt and ERC Ingolstadt are held. The innovative concept of sponsorship was introduced at Europe’s largest Sports Business Congress (SpoBiS) held in Cologne in January 2016.
“The consistent employee orientation is paying off,” as BFFT CEO Markus Fichtner adds, “not only with the Top Employer and various other awards, but especially with satisfied employees.”
