Task group “school & economy” in Ingolstadt visits BFFT
“Shaping the Future” – this motto represents the commitment of around 100 task groups “school & economy” in Bavaria. At the same time it describes what is important for the cooperation that should exist between the schools and industry. Only if both sides work together constructively and on an equal footing, then solutions can be found to the current challenges such as a shortage of skills.
Also, the task group “school & economy” in Ingolstadt acts as a mediator between the two stakeholders and are thus an important impetus for vocational orientation of young people. With a variety of activities and projects; the network promotes extracurricular educational work, creates business opportunities that can be exchanged with regional schools. In addition, company tours are conducted regularly at prestigious companies.
As part of these measures, on April 15, representatives from the task group in Ingolstadt (including Mr. Dieter Omert and Mr. Bernhard Pollich from AUDI AG education) and guidance counselors from schools of Ingolstadt visited BFFT. BFFT CEO Markus Fichtner presented at 3pm the company, the service portfolio and the various job profiles and career opportunities at BFFT. He then personally led a tour of the workshops at BFFT.
