Training at BFFT – apprentices awarded for outstanding achievements

BFFT has been training since 2006, and the training has paid off: BFFT stands for quality and is one of the top employers in the Ingolstadt region. A modern workplace, monthly events for employees, flat hierarchies, and a wide range of continuing education and professional development make training at BFFT as exciting as it is varied.

The electronics specialist invests a lot and involves all trainees in responsible tasks at an early stage. The clear goal is to train them according to their aptitude and interests. They can look forward to various challenges that keep their everyday life from becoming a mere routine.

What are the results? Two BFFT trainees have completed their training with outstanding achievements. Sarah, a trained office management clerk, was even perfecting her English in Eastbourne with the Erasmus Program during her vocational training. Aside from her education, she has also successfully completed the additional qualification as a foreign language correspondent. The second trainee is Florian, who was the first associate student at BFFT. What does “associate student” mean? Florian completed his apprenticeship as a vehicle mechatronics specialist with a focus on system technology and high-voltage technology, which he passed with a very good grade. He is starting his Bachelor of Engineering Vehicle Technology at the Technical University of Ingolstadt.

Such exceptional performance at BFFT does not go unnoticed. Markus Fichtner (CEO) and Michael Mittag (CFO) did not miss the opportunity to personally congratulate the two former trainees on their great achievement.
