High ropes course training event for BFFT trainees
Once again, as another challenging year of apprenticeship came to an end, there was a team training event at the Simply Outdoor high ropes course in Etting near Ingolstadt on Monday, July 24, 2017 to thank the trainees at BFFT for their good teamwork. The training event was followed by a picnic in the afternoon.
Current and future trainees were invited in order to promote networking before the start of the apprenticeship. As a special challenge for all trainees and their trainers, the high ropes course could only be conquered by teamwork. At 7 to 10 meters, on the giant ladder, the flying bridge and the pile jump, the trainees had to prove their ability to work as a team and master the challenges of the course together. As a result, they were able to get to know each other even better, and the new trainees had an opportunity to bond quickly. At the end, there was a picnic for the participants, organized by the trainees themselves, and the trainees were able to review their climbing experiences over a delicious meal.
BFFT has been offering apprenticeships since 2006 and this is also worthwhile for the trainees, because BFFT was recognized as one of the best employers in the 2017 Great Place to Work competition.
Beginning on September 1, 2018, the following training positions are available at BFFT:
• 2 business persons for office management
